RICHMOND, Mo. — A Ray County man is arrested on felony drug charges.
A probable cause statement states officers arrested Thomas D. Watkins, 47, during a burglary investigation after finding him in a parked vehicle in Richmond. A search of the vehicle yielded over 200 grams of marijuana along with THC wax and drug paraphernalia.
Watkins is charged with two felonies of delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Watkins is currently in custody at the Ray County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
