Six people were arrested Tuesday after someone reported a burglary in progress. Raytown police responded after the witness saw an unknown vehicle in the neighbor’s driveway near 65th and Hardy. The witness reported seeing several people walking out of the neighbor’s garage with guns and getting into the vehicle, which had no license plates. Police spotted the car and pulled it over near 69th and Raytown Road. A search of the vehicle revealed several weapons and pieces of jewelry. Five men and one woman were taken into custody.
