CONCORDIA, Mo. — A number of items of business are on the agenda for Monday’s meeting of the Concordia Board of Alderpersons.
Two ordinances will be considered which would amend the fiscal year 2017-2018 budget.
In new business, city leaders will issue a proclamation recognizing the 45th Anniversary of Care Connection for Aging Services. An ordinance passed in May 2018 will the be brought forward regarding the replacement of proper signs within the are of the Concordia R-II Elementary School.
Another bill would exempt police from wearing ID badges and would establish procedures for replacing lost or stolen badges.
Parking issues in the 700 block of Southwest 8th Street will be considered by the board before members accept the resignation of Harland Meiser from the Lake Board.
Reports will be heard from the mayor, city administrator and alderpersons before the meeting adjourns.
The Concordia Board of Alderpersons is scheduled to gather in Room 202 of the Concordia Community Building at 6:00 p.m. Monday.
