ODESSA, Mo. — The Odessa Board of Aldermen will gather for a meeting Monday evening.
A tentative agenda lists a number of items up for discussion at the meeting. Public comments will be followed by reports from the Mayor and Aldermen.
No old business is scheduled on the agenda, however a half-dozen items of new business grace the agenda.
Among the new business will be a first and second reading of a proposed ordinance establishing additional stop signs at city intersections by the Chief of Police and another which would amend chapter of the municipal code relating to disposal of unclaimed personal property.
Another ordinance will be read which would amend a section of the zoning ordinances for the rezoning of certain areas and would make the according changes to the city zoning map.
The Odessa Park Board annual report will also be given during the meeting.
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Odessa Board of Aldermen is scheduled to get underway at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the Dyer Park Community Building in Odessa.
