Officials in Lexington are continuing to endorse the proposed hospital project. Click to hear KMZU’s Kristie Cross talk to Mayor Jerry Brown:
“The campaign is really doing well,” said Brown, “This week we will have all of our materials ready for residents to pick up at city hall. These could be door hangers or signs for windows and yards. We encourage residents to come by and pick up the materials that are needed.”
According to Brown, members of the campaign committee are available to speak with groups or individual residents who would like to hear more about the project. Those meetings can be scheduled by contacting city hall.
The $4 million bond issue will appear on the November ballot.
