WARRENSBURG – If you a signed up for health insurance through the Marketplace, you may want to check out a new Website to help you answer questions about your plan.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has launched a new initiative, Coverage to Care, to help you find out:

  • How to make the most of your health care coverage.
  • How to find the right doctor.
  • When and where to seek treatment.
  • Why getting preventive service is important.

The answers to these questions may be found at

The Road map to Better Care and a Healthier You section includes common health care coverage terms; tips to prepare for a doctor’s appointment; what to expect during a visit; and how to take advantage of preventive services.

Another tool is a series of online videos that contain tips for you to navigate your new health plan and fully enjoy its benefits. Videos include segments on “Understanding the Plan;” “Words to Know;” “Finding a Provider;” “Making an Appointment;” and “My First Visit.”
