A Richmond man will have to pay restitution following his guilty earlier in the month to charges of property damage, leaving the scene of an accident, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner. Steven Bonnel, 21, was arrested in February and accused of driving while intoxicated when he ran his vehicle into a home on East South Street. No injuries were reported in the incident. Judge David Miller suspended a 10 year sentence in favor of five years supervised probation and the payment of over $800 in restitution. Bonnel was in court for that judgment May 6th.
