UPDATE: 9:08 a.m.- The hearing for two Bogard residents went quickly this morning when both Gingerich men, one after the other, went before the Honorable Judge Kevin Walden. During proceedings, their common attorney motioned for a reduction in bond to $5,000 with 10% allowed. That motion was denied in both cases and the hearings were continued. Leander and Melvin will report again on the 15th of April at 9 a.m.
Court hearings have been set for 9:00 a.m. this morning, for two members of the Amish Community in Carroll County.
