CARROLLTON, Mo. — A Carrollton man suspected of rape will appear in Carroll County Court Tuesday.
11:11 a.m. — Upon appearing in court Tuesday morning, Dyllon Browder’s hearing has been continued to November 10.
7:30 a.m. — A 20-year-old Carrollton resident is on the docket again Tuesday morning.
Court records indicate, Dyllon Ayuston Browder’s case was transferred to the Circuit Court after the court found probable cause to believe he committed 2nd degree rape in April of 2015.
Browder was released on a $50,000 bond, however he is again incarcerated after another victim came forward with allegations of rape from August of last year. Browder is currently held on a $25,000 bond for that charge.
Tuesday’s hearing is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in a Carroll County court room. Browder will be in court again Wednesday morning for the new charge.
