Old forms and documents at Carrollton City Hall are being shredded in order to make room for police personnel.  The Town Council approved a contract with Opportunity Enterprises at their meeting on Monday.  The document shredding will cost the city $0.15 per pound.  Administrative Assistant Terry Bell said they have thousands of records from at least as far back as the 1980s.  Click to hear Bell:
