The Carrollton City Council covered a lot of ground during the Monday night (Nov. 7) meeting. In an effort to provide better insurance for personel, the community will seek new insurance bids. For the second year in a row the dental coverage will remain the same.
Members also discussed the use of a building on 7th street. The structure is located in a residential area but is zoned for multiple uses. The Public Works Board has approved a condition-of-use permit which will require a public hearing. The meeting will take place ahead of the next city council gathering on November 21st.
