CHILLICOTHE — Arraignment for a former Hardin man accused of operating an unsanitary and illegal daycare in Chillicothe is scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday. Cloyce Oliver Wollard, 21, and Jessica Maurine Busker, 24, were each charged with six counts of first-degree child endangerment. Chillicothe Police Chief Jon Maples says officers found spoiled food, animal feces and urine in the daycare on the 200 block of East Polk Street in late March. Busker made a court appearance in Livingston County on April 7. At Busker’s request, her case is continued until 9 a.m. April 28. Both have pled not guilty. Wollard was released on his own recognizance. Busker bonded out of the Davies-DeKalb County Jail.
