PETTIS COUNTY, Mo. — A man who told Sedalia Police that he had two bags of meth he was trying to sell waived his preliminary hearing in Pettis County this week.
36-year-old Aaron S. Carlyle told officers he bought the methamphetamine and packaged the substance in baggies to make a profit by selling them.
Carlyle has been bound over to circuit court on a felony count of delivery of a controlled substance.
Arraignment in Division Four is scheduled for Monday, May 20, at 1:30 p.m.
