A Richmond man has been accused of felony driving while intoxicated following a deadly accident on Route H in Ray County Tuesday.  According to the highway patrol, James J. Roe, 42, was eastbound on Route H, about a mile west of Highway 13, when he over corrected and overturned.  Both Roe and his passenger were ejected.  James D. Roe, 71, was pronounced dead at the scene.  James J. Roe was taken by air ambulance to Truman Medical Center with serious injuries.  Official charges are pending.
