LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO – A completed investigation by Livingston County Sheriff’s office may result in charges against an area livestock owner.

According to an activity report, the sheriff’s office responded multiple times to complaints regarding unpenned cattle roaming loose over the roadway, along Route U. The sheriff said the problem continued after continuous notifications to the owner, who was unnamed in the release.

A report was submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration of potential charges.
