A Richmond woman charged with interference with custody of a child was in a Ray County court this week for a motions hearing.
According to online court records Cassi Licata, 30, failed to report to the court while out on bond. The prosecutor made a motion to revoke bond Monday, but was denied. The judge however, did add more conditions to Licata’s house arrest, including certified employment purposes and meeting with a supervising officer.
Next up for Licata are a pre-trial conference February 14th at 10 a.m. and a jury trial is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, March 4th at 9 a.m.
