The Boone County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a Moberly man in June on allegations of child pornography promotion. That suspect will be in court Monday afternoon for an arraignment and then in the evening for a criminal setting.

Adam Wesley Imhoff, 28, was the subject of an investigation that began when a Cyber Crimes Task Force investigator found a computer based in mid Missouri that was allowing the download of child porn photos. A search warrant was executed at a residence in the 400 block of Roberts Street. Two computers were seized and on the hard drives were about 248 photographs and 31 videos depicting the sexual molestation of children, some believed to be as young as 4 years of age.

Imhoff is currently being held in the Boone County Jail on a $20,000 bond. He will be in Boone County Court Monday at 1:30 p.m. for the arraignment. Imhoff is then due back at 5:30 p.m. for the criminal setting.
