A Roman-Catholic Seminary student was indicted by a federal grand jury in Kansas City Wednesday. 40-year-old Nickolas Pinkston of Warrensburg was accused of attempting to receive child pornography. According to the Office of the U.S. Attorney – Western District of Missouri, the indictment says that Pinkston allegedly tried to receive the material between May and October of 2010. Pinkston, a student at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis, was formerly responsible for teaching confirmation classes at St. Ambrose Catholic Elementary School. U.S. Attorney Beth Phillips warns that the indictment is not evidence of guilt, merely an accusation.
