Chillicothe Police took a woman into custody for felony drug allegations Wednesday. According to the press release, Janice Shiner was arrested in the 100 block of Calhoun for felony possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Police Department for processing before being transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Rebional Jail. Shiner’s bond has been set at Twenty Five thousand dollars, cash only.
