Tonight’s Chillicothe RII Academic Banquet has pushed the regularly scheduled city council meeting to a later time of 7:15. During this evening meeting, council will talk about a proclamation declaring November 13th Arbor Day, rental of the Green Hills Golf Course Clubhouse, an ordinance accepting asbestos abatement bids for the demolition grant, and the current restrictions on monkeys and other wild animals within city limits. Craig Sager with the golf course and Bill Keiffer from the airport will give individual power point presentations as well.  Council will gather at City Hall in Council Chambers.
