CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Following a rescheduling to factor in the Labor Day holiday, City Council members in Chillicothe will gather Thursday for a meeting.
The first item of business is a report from the finance chairman, which will include presentation and approval of invoices, payroll and the city municipal utilities salaries and invoices.
New firefighter and emergency services employees will be presented to the council and a resolution to accept equipment from the Canadian Pacific Railroad will be brought forward.
Following comments from the public, city administrator mayor and council, an executive session will be gavelled to order.
The meeting will get underway at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Council Chambers of Chillicothe City Hall.
