Council will consider the following rates for the Aquatic Center:

adult – $4.50
senior – $2.75
student (K-12) – $3.50
child – free
group (25+) – $2.75
family season pass – $160

In the municipal primary election, Reed Dupy defeated Sid Cornell for 1st Ward City Council. With no challenger, Mr. Dupy will take a seat on the council after the April general election.

In other races, David Moore won over Darrel Rinehart Jr. in the Democratic primary for an at-large council seat. The winner will take on Libertarian Jeff Foli. Four votes were all that separated Fritz Kline and Jerry Miller for the second 2nd Ward seat. Kline, a Republican, will take on Democrat Wayne Cunningham in the April 5th election. In the 4th Ward, Democrat Pam Jarding and Republican Paul Howard were unopposed and will face off in April.

Mayor Chuck Haney was unopposed on the Democratic ticket. Haney will not face a challenger in April.

Council meets Monday at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
