CHILLICOTHE, Mo.- The Chillicothe Police Department announced the results of a lengthy investigation that ended in multiple drug related arrests. Several warrants were issued stemming ongoing investigations.

Law Enforcement officials arrested four individuals on Livingston County warrants:

Trinity Joe Helm is being held on a $50,000 cash bond for one count of distribution of a controlled substance.

Amanda Kay Ridens is being held on a $100,000 cash bond for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance.

Tiffany Latouria Midgyett is being held on a $25,000 cash bond for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance near a school.

Jefferson Orrville Patton is being held on a $75,000 cash bond for one count of distribution of a controlled substance.

During the warrant arrests listed above, officers also investigated and arrested several other individuals, these subjects are being held pending the filing of formal criminal charges.

Janice Lee Cooper is being held on charges of shoplifting and methamphetamine paraphernalia.

Harry Helm is being held on charges of possession of a controlled substance; marijuana.

Gary Johnson is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mitchell Loucks is facing charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Savioun Eshman Sullivan is being held with possession of a controlled substance; marijuana.

Martavious J. Sullivan is being held with possession of a controlled substance; marijuana.

Todd Clampitt is being held for driving with a suspended license.

The Chillicothe police department stated in a press release that the arrests were not meant to bring negative publicity, but in order to strive to keep the community safe and clean. The investigation was conducted by Chillicothe PD who thanked the Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney, and Associate Judge, as well as the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Brookfield Police Department and K-9 Nitro.
