CHILLICOTHE — Chillicothe High School plans to have an active sports department this school year. The COVID-19 pandemic is still fresh on the minds of students and faculty, however, and the ever-growing uncertainty that goes along with it prompts extra measures to be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Chillicothe High School Principal Dan Nagel released a full update for this year’s athletics programs safety requirements late Sunday night, Aug. 9, via Facebook. The high school’s Fall sports practices are set to begin on Aug. 10 with a number of added guidelines and protocols. Details can be found on the Chillicothe High School Hornets Facebook page.
