An $11,000 bond was set for a Chillicothe man accused of failing to pay child support.  Police arrested Zachary Kerns, 23, Wednesday in the 600 block of Walnut Street on the Livingston County warrant.  Kerns was unable to post the required bond and was transported to the county jail.
