A Chillicothe man is set for court Wednesday morning accused of firing a weapon in a shopping market parking lot. Online court records indicate Tristan Sheppard, 23, has been charged with alleged felony domestic assault in the first degree, armed criminal action and discharging or shooting a firearm at a person, motor vehicle, or building. Sheppard is scheduled for a preliminary hearing starting at 9 a.m. in Livingston County.
