Chillicothe police jailed two people Wednesday in the community. According to the press release the first one happened after officers were dispatched to the report of two motor vehicles being stolen in the 400 block of Corporate Drive. After an investigation police were able to identify the suspect as Preston J. Rice. He was processed and taken to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
The second arrest was in the 100 block of South Washington Street. Officers arrested Christina M. Clemens on a Livingston County warrant for forgery. Clements was processed and taken to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail with a $10,000 cash bond.
