CHILLICOTHE, Mo.- The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a Chillicothe, Mo., woman last week accused of forced entry into a residence on Old Highway 190.
On Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017, the victim reported a television, Playstation 4 and a controller, head phones, small amount of cash, a bed mattress and prescription medication as being stolen from the home. Preliminary investigation lead to interviewing an adult at a residence in Chillicothe. Subsequent search of the home resulted in the collection of most of the stolen property.
Cynthia Renee Periman, 29, of Chillicothe, was arrested as a result for the alleged incident. Periman was reportedly assisted by a juvenile who was later interviewed with an officer and parent.
She was transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and has since been charged with burglary in the second-degree in Livingston County Associate Court and was originally placed on a $25,000 bond.
An arraignment took place Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, and a setting preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
