CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — A meeting for the Chillicothe City Council will be held in the Council Chambers of City hall at 6:30 tonight.

To begin the meeting, roll call will be taken and the minutes of the last meeting will be approved. The Finance Chairman will give a report consisting of invoices, payroll, salaries and discussion of a bid for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus for the Fire Department.

Arch Haslar will lead discussion of a request to purchase a section of Clay Street Park. Mayor Haney will follow with a recommendation to re-appoint Martha King to the Housing Board.

Darrell Wright will lead discussion regarding to acceptance of equipment from Canadian Pacific Railroad. Darin Chappell will also lead discussion about the Pass the Taters program, a community garden.

Finally, Roze Frampton will recommend moving the September meeting due to a conflict with the Missouri Municipal League Conference.

Before a closed session, comments will be taken from the public, City Administrator, Mayor, and Council.
