CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — A regularly scheduled meeting of the Chillicothe City Council will be preceded by a council workshop Monday night.

According to a tentative agenda, discussion regarding health insurance bids for city employees and elected officials for the 2019-2021 term of office will take place during the workshop.

On the agenda for the regular meeting is a report from the finance chairman and appearances from Mayor Reid Dupy, who will make a recommendation for an appointment to the city Board of Adjustments, and City Administrator Darin Chappell, who will bring up an ordinance regarding health insurance bids.

Comments from the public and councilors will then be heard before the meeting adjourns.

Monday’s meeting of the Chillicothe City Council is slated to start at 6:30 p.m., with the council workshop scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
