A Columbia resident was held on drug allegations after a vehicle stop in Callaway County today. According to the Highway Patrol, Kathlene R. Gilmore, 22, was stopped and cited just after 1:00 p.m., for driving while suspended. During the stop, she was alleged to have been in felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Gilmore was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was waiting to post bond.
