According to the Missouri Highway Patrol and court documents, Bradley W. Hall, 30, was stopped just before 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning for driving without two headlights. During the stop, Hall was taken into custody for alleged felony possession and unlawful use of a firearm, possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on a 24 hour hold.
Later Thursday, Hall was charged in Boone County with possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use and unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held at the county jail with a $9,500 bond.
