BOONE COUNTY, Mo. — A Columbia woman was injured in a crash Tuesday morning in Boone County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred just before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday on St. Charles Road just west of Route Z as a westbound vehicle operated by Randall A. Robins, 30, of Columbia, was in a roundabout as a second eastbound vehicle driven by Esther A. Atiah, 49, began to skid before striking a curb.
This caused Atiah’s car to cross the traffic circle separator before striking Robins’ vehicle head-on.
She sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Boone County Hospital to receive treatment.
