A proposed Ordinance imposing a city sales tax for local parks will be discuss at Monday’s Board of Aldermen meeting in Concordia. If approved, the question will be placed on the November ballot and if voters pass it will impose a one-fourth cent sales tax. Procedure regarding water and sewer billing where swimming pools are concerned is also slated for discussion. They will also hear a recommendation from Alderman Landes to seal the Civic Point restroom. The board meets at seven in the Concordia Community Building.
