LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released an arrest report regarding a Raytown man in Lafayette county arrested July 25, 2016 at 1:39 p.m. According to the arrest report 37 year old Steven Rife was arrested and charged with having two felony warrants in Jackson county, and one felony probation violation. According to online court records Rife has previously been incarcerated multiple times for possession of controlled substances ranging from two weeks upwards of three months. Rife and was just recently released from his most recent offenses in December of 2015. He is now being held in Lafayette County jail without bond.
