COOPER COUNTY, Mo. — A court date has been scheduled this week for a Kansas City resident accused in the attempted robbery of a Boonville gas station.
A case review determines the future of a case against 26-year-old Elijah Carter, who is accused of attempted armed robbery, exhibiting a weapon, and receiving stolen property.
Carter allegedly threatened a cashier at the Eagle Stop gas station in Boonville in July before escaping with an undisclosed amount of money. He was later arrested and charged.
A hearing on Tuesday is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
