Richmond City Council will consider participation in a Household Hazardous Waste program for a second time at Tuesday’s meeting.  The cost of the program is expected to be about $6,000.  They must sign the agreement by December 7th if they choose to participate again.  Council is also expected to discuss taking further steps to purchase a police car camera system.  If the resolution passes, the lease purchase agreement will be for five years for a total of about $54,000.  They also plan to consider an agreement with Olsson Associates for engineering the Safe Routes to School Project.  Following the 6:30 meeting, they plan to adjourn to closed session.
