RICHMOND — Richmond City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10. The council is scheduled to vote on a 50-cent water rate increase to customers outside of the city limits. The proposed rate would go to $13.60 per 1,000 gallons of water. The council is expected to extend its agreement with the Richmond Fire Protection District, formerly rural fire, until Sept. 30, 2023. The meeting is to take place at the City Hall council chambers.
