CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. — A hearing has been scheduled for the driver of a fatal 2018 crash in Carroll County.

30-year-old Dustin M. Goodale, of Carrollton, is charged with driving while intoxicated resulting in the death of another and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident.

The prosecuting attorney dismissed charges for failing to provide financial responsibility and no seat belt during a hearing in March.

Goodale was the driver during a July 14 rollover crash that took the life of 29-year-old Andrew Waters in rural Carroll County.

Goodale will appear for a docket call the morning of May 14.
