RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — A two vehicle collision injured two Marceline residents this afternoon.
According to a Missouri Highway Patrol crash report vehicle one driven by George Z. Hill, 33, of Clifton Hill, was traveling west on U.S. 24 and vehicle two driven by Daniel B. Hays, 47, was traveling east on U.S. 24, both vehicles met at the crest of a hill.
The front left portion of Hays’ vehicle collided with Hill’s towed unit.
Hays suffered minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene. His passenger Maureen K. Hays, 81, was transported to University Hospital with moderate injuries.
