MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. — A Stover man is charged in Morgan County, after threatening his ex-wife and another man with a pistol Monday.
Deputies say 32 year old Cody D. Grogan admitted to displaying a .22 caliber pistol, but said the man threatened to shoot him if he didn’t leave the property.
Two children were present at the time, according to investigators.
Grogan was arrested near his home in Stover around 6:00 p.m, Monday.
Grogan if facing felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and tampering with evidence. He remains jailed in Morgan County.
