A Richmond resident charged with one count of felony burglary and three counts of felony theft/stealing entered a plea of not-guilty through his attorney last Wednesday during an arraignment.

The judge also agreed to a continuance in the case to November 13th for a criminal setting in Ray County Circuit Court.

Nathan Beagley, 32, was arrested in March after sheriff’s deputies allegedly found stolen items from seven different properties during a search of his home.

He is currently free on a $15,000 bond.
