A local teen charged in connection to misconduct in the Hardin-Central locker room will be in court Wednesday morning.  Michael Boydston, 18, is scheduled to appear in a Ray County court Wednesday morning for a criminal setting. Boydston is charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, stemming from a series of incidents in the Hardin-Central locker in late 2011. The online docket indicates that leave was granted in January to Boydston’s Attorney, Donald Norris to withdraw. There is currently no new attorney listed for Boydston. He is scheduled to be back in a Ray County courtroom at 10:30.
