MACON COUNTY, Mo. – A motorcycle rider from Bevier was hospitalized after crashing his bike in Macon County Friday night.

A little after 7:00 p.m. last night, Timothy Gladhill, 22, swerved to avoid a deer in a curve on northbound Route V, three miles South on Anabel. The bike traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Gladhill suffered moderate injuries when he was ejected and was later transported to University Hospital for treatment.
