SALINE COUNTY, Mo. – A domestic assault suspect, freed on a reduced bond with special conditions could end up back in custody soon.

William H. Hostetter, 48, of Marshall posted 10% of a $20,000 bond in June with the conditions he be on GPS monitoring and have not contact with his victims. On Tuesday, a bond violation report was filed by Supervision Services, who oversees his release. Hostetter is charged with kidnapping in the second degree and domestic assault in the second and third degrees.

The bond violation will likely be taken up at a preliminary hearing set for 11:00 a.m. this morning.
