SULLIVAN COUNTY, Mo. – A Sullivan County Judge will hear arguments during a bond revocation hearing set for 9:30 a.m. this morning.
The prosecutor filed a motion on February 27, to revoke the bond of Christina McDonald, 47, of Browning. McDonald and a co-defendant, Peggy Johnson of Milan, are charged with felony counts of burglary in the first degree, stealing and possession of burglary tools. Court documents say they were caught breaking into a home near Green City in August of 2018.
The motion alleges McDonald violated the conditions of her recognizance bond.
