LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A man released from jail after pleading guilty to charges in Livingston County is back in custody.

A warrant for violating a condition of his bond was served Friday, August 0, on James P. E. Haight, 19, of Chillicothe. Haight missed a July 9, 2019 sentencing hearing after pleading guilty to first degree property damage in exchange for the dismissal of a knowingly burning charge. Haight is one of three defendant charged with setting fire to a railway bridge South of Chillicothe in October of 2018.

A confined docket hearing is set for Monday, August 12, ahead of the new sentencing hearing scheduled on August 23, 2019.
