MISSOURI—According to a social media post from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department, The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill has issued a dense fog advisory until 10 a.m. for multiple counties in the KMZU listening area.

The fog will impact the counties of Chariton, Pettis, Henry, Johnson, Randolph, Cooper, Howard, and Saline. Dense fog will make traveling hazardous and visibility is expected to be limited to a quarter of a mile or less. Travelers are cautioned to slow down, use headlights, and keep a safe amount of distance ahead of them.
