The Marshall City Council approved an agreement Monday night that would allow two groups to look at developing the area near I-70.  Zimmer Real Estate and the Marshall-Saline Development Corporation can now move forward with plans for enhancing Saline County after council members voted in favor of providing $20,000 toward the project.  However, Zimmer and MSDC are required to secure the remaining $70,000 of the funding.  Click to hear City Administrator Connie Latimer:

The project will take about nine months to complete.
