SEDALIA, Mo. – A homeless man remains in custody after being arrested Tuesday, by Sedalia Police.

David T. Boggs, 32, was taken into custody arrest 1around 2:50 yesterday afternoon after a domestic incident. According to the Pettis County Sheriff’s report, Boggs is on a 24 hour hold for alleged burglary in the first degree, domestic assault in the second degree, misdemeanor unlawful use of a weapon, property damage, a previous Pettis County warrant for resisting arrest and a Benton County non-support warrant.

Formal charges are expected later today.
